- ELIGIBILITY: The EPiQ Animal Health-Veterinary Instrumentation Amazon Gift Card Giveaway (“Giveaway”) will take place starting October 12, 2022, at 8:00 AM PDT and conclude at 4:30 PM PDT on October 15, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). The Giveaway will be conducted exclusively at the display booth of Veterinary Instrumentation located at the 2022 American College of Veterinary Surgeons Surgery Summit in Portland, OR (the “Event”). The Giveaway is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older (or 19 years of age if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska, or 21 years of age if a resident of Mississippi), who attend the Event. Participants belonging to an organization with an ethics policy that prohibits them from accepting gifts, including, without limitation, veterinarians licensed by the state of Minnesota, are not eligible to participate. All employees, officers, and agents of EPiQ Animal Health-Veterinary Instrumentation, its affiliates, immediate family members (spouse, parents, or children) and those living in the same household of each are ineligible to enter or win the Giveaway. Employees or contractors of any company that sells companion animal products that are directly competitive with EPiQ-Veterinary Instrumentation’s companion animal offerings are ineligible to win. Void where prohibited or in states where bonds are required in order to accept the Giveaway. This promotion is not a reward for, or otherwise in exchange for, any past, present, or future business.
2. PRIZE: One (1) grand prize total will be awarded to one randomly selected individual. The grand prize consists of one (1) Amazon Gift Card valued at $250. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prize is not redeemable for cash (except where required by law), and no substitutions are allowed. The Prize may not be transferred or provided to another person, or exchanged, or substituted for money or anything else of value. EPIQ ANIMAL HEALTH-VETERINARY INSTRUMENTATION AND ITS AFFILIATES (INCLUDING EACH OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AFFILIATES) EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY ARISING FROM RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE.
3. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible Event attendees may enter one time in the Giveaway by visiting the Event booth, and having their conference badge scanned by a representative from the Veterinary Instrumentation marketing team. Limit of one entry per person; a potential winner will be disqualified if he/she submits more than one (1) entry. Each entry form must contain, at a minimum, event attendee’s full name, address, and email address to be eligible to win. No purchase is necessary to enter to win.
4. DRAWING: EPiQ Animal Health will randomly draw one (1) grand-prize winner from all eligible entries on or about 4:30 PM EDT on October 17, 2022. The potential winner will be notified by email at EPiQ Animal Health’s discretion. If a potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial notification attempt, he or she may be disqualified, and the Prize awarded to an alternate winner. Once the winner responds to the initial notification email from EPiQ Animal Health, EPiQ Animal Health will email the gift card prize to the winner using the email address provided in their giveaway entry form. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
